Referral Programme

Get between $500 and $1,000 for every referral that becomes an active Enclave partner.

Enclave grows through its partner community. When you refer another managed service provider or technology partner to Enclave, you help us reach new markets without the overhead of traditional marketing, and we share that benefit with you through our referral rewards.

How it works

Share Enclave with other MSPs and partners who you think would be a good fit. Just let the referred party know to mention your introduction to us, or let us know you've made a referral. If the referral becomes a customer, we'll get in touch. A unique referral link is also available on the Refer page in the Enclave Partner Portal if you prefer to share a link directly.

Rewards are issued as Amazon vouchers to individuals, or as credit notes to the partner account, depending on preference. Rewards are issued within 30 days of the referral becoming a paying customer.

Terms

  • Active partner: the referred party must sign up, actively engage with Enclave, and on-board new customers within 90 days of their proof of concept start date.
  • New partners only: this scheme is for new introductions. If the referred party is already in contact with the Enclave sales team or has an existing account, the referral won't count.
  • Minimum commitment: the referred party must convert to a paid plan with at least 25 licences within 90 days.
  • Tax responsibility: any taxes or fees arising from the reward are the responsibility of the referrer.
  • Fair use: no self-referrals. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that appear to be gaming the system.
  • Genuine introductions: we prefer honest connections between trusted parties, not unsolicited outreach. Referrals should come from a place of genuine recommendation.
  • Changes: Enclave may modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. We will notify active participants of any changes.
