Partner Programme

The Enclave Partner Programme allows managed service providers and technology partners to create, manage, and bill Enclave deployments on behalf of their customers.

As a partner, you use the Partner Portal to create customer organisations, manage trial periods, convert customers to paid subscriptions, and track usage across your entire customer base. Enclave handles the billing automation - calculating usage, generating invoices, and managing subscriptions.

Getting started

  • Onboarding - Evaluate Enclave, apply to the Partner Programme, and get set up in the Partner Portal.
  • Managing Customers - Create customers, configure trials, and convert to paid subscriptions.
  • Customer Lifecycle - Understand the stages a customer moves through, from initial trial to paying customer.
  • Access to Customer Tenants - Control which users can access and manage each customer's Enclave organisation.

Billing

  • Billing - How monthly and annual billing works, invoice structure, proration, seat management, and NFR allocations.

Your organisation

  • Users and Roles - Invite team members, assign roles, and manage access to the Partner Portal.
  • Account Security - Passwords, two-factor authentication, and sign-in methods.
