Onboarding

Evaluate Enclave

Before joining the Partner Programme, take some time to explore the product first-hand. Register for an Enclave account through the Portal, which gives you access to a single-tenant 14-day free trial. During this period, enrol devices, create policies, and test connectivity across your network. If you go on to become an Enclave Partner, this tenant becomes your NFR account.

The Enclave team can also facilitate product demos and use-case walk-throughs. To arrange a session, reach out to the sales team.

Apply to the Partner Programme

When you're ready to move forward, contact the Enclave sales team to begin the on-boarding conversation. The team will want to understand your business - the industries and geographies you operate in, your technical specialities, and how you take products to market. Enclave may also be able to support your go-to-market efforts.

When you're ready to proceed, the Sales team will send you the Enclave Partner Agreement to review and sign digitally.

Partner Slack community

As part of on-boarding, you will be invited to the Enclave partner Slack community. This includes a private support channel with direct access to the Enclave sales and engineering teams, and is your primary support pathway. If something isn't working or you need guidance, we encourage you to reach out in real-time rather than wait for email - but email works too if that's your preference. See Support for all available channels.

Partner Portal access

Once the agreement is in place, the Enclave team will set up your access to the Partner Portal. The account you originally created during your evaluation will be configured for monthly billing and your complimentary NFR licences will be applied automatically. Customers can also be billed annually - see Billing for more information on billing periods. See Managing Customers for a walkthrough of the customer creation process.
